When placing your order online, you have to enter correct personal and payment details. Once your payment is completed and verified, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address your provided. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive the order confirmation email.
Online orders are not eligible for exchanges and will not be refunded. However, if you have any concerns regarding your products, please contact our CS team within 7 days.
Your order will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Renminbi (RMB) or New Taiwan Dollar (NT) depends on your location. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery time may vary due to regions of delivery, custom issues, logistic arrangements, weather and public holiday. Some of the custom authorities may take a relatively long time (up to 2-3 weeks) for customs clearance and inspections. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over and will not be responsible for any delay.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected. However, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the exact amount will be, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more details before you place an order.

For in-store purchases, you must fill in the form within 14 days from the purchase date to claim your warranty.

Our warranty service is only applicable to hair tools purchased from amika Hong Kong, amika Macau, our authorized retailers and our official distribution channels.
To be eligible to enjoy our warranty service, you must register for your tools online within 14 days of the purchase date. A proof of purchase must also be provided at the time of warranty redemption, so please save your receipt, warranty card and VIP card.
To redeem your warranty, please follow the steps below:
1. Please fill in the request form at https://www.amika.com.hk/redeem-warranty/ . This will provide us with the details that will facilitate your return process.
2. If your request has been approved, you will receive an email within 2 working days with a link to settle an administration fee of HKD198. In case of rejected application, you will receive an email with application declined reason.
3. Shortly after payment, you will be emailed a confirmation with our warehouse address. Please print out the confirmation and include it with your hair tool in the return package.
4. Place your hair tool and the printed confirmation into secure packaging (ideally the original delivery box).
5. Check for the nearest SF Express store to drop off your package for return. Inform SF Express that the package will be paid for upon receipt to amika Warranty Exchange.
6. Upon receiving your return, we will send you a tracking number in a delivery email, please allow 10 business days for your new replacement product to be delivered.
The replaced tools will be the same model as your original one. (Discontinued models will be replaced by designated existing model). However, the tool design will be randomly assigned, depending on the product availability in our warehouse. If your original design print is no longer available, we will send you another tool design of equal value.
While we’re happy to process warranty claims, the warranty does not cover the following:
1. Hair tool damage caused by abuse or misuse, such as dropping the item, plugging it into the incompatible of power outlet, switching to the wrong voltage, exposing the item to water, and not following package instructions.
2. Hair tools that have been tampered with or an attempted repair has been carried out.
3. Hair tools we deem are not defective.
4. Hair tools that have not been registered for warranty service.
